Server hosting is a necessary part of keeping a website active, so it is a necessary charge in order to have our clients websites operational. Project Maintenance services are not always necessary and we do our best to communicate with our clients beforehand whether Project Maintenance is needed or not.

Project payments are handled digitally with the help of a payment processor chosen by Silanet. This method allows our clients to pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card, apple/google pay, sofort, eps, iDeal as well as in other ways. A tax appropriate invoice for the work will always be issued. In most cases the client will have to transfer a prepayment of 50% and a final payment of the remaining 50%, in smaller projects, a 100% upfront payment can be requested. Structured payment plans are available on a case to case basis for large and repeat clients.

We might offer discounts on an individual basis. The cases where we offer discounts include large orders, repeat clients and referred clients. The Silanet representatives will discuss this with a client during the initial consultation and no guarantees can be made before that point.

No. We design and develop websites from scratch with our own techniques and uniquely made designs for our clients. We do not use templates nor do we outsource web design and development work. We take our time to create the solution that our clients requests from us.

Our services such as project Design & Development, Promotion, Content Writing and others are custom made by the Silanet team specifically for our clients. Some minor parts of an individual service can be outsourced, however, this does not affect the quality and delivery of the project.
